David Macmillan dressage

As a 16 year old and under the direction of excellent coaches including Monica Theodorescu of Germany, he attained a world ranking in the 1994 FEI International Samsung Competition. He has been training professionally ever since. He now has well over 100 national dressage awards to his credit.
David is a sought after clinician and conducts clinics regularly in several coastal and intermountain states as well as in South Africa where he is originally from. Even though David truly enjoys training and competing, he loves teaching just as much and is well loved by his students.
From his coaches:
“Clearly a very talented rider and trainer. He is just so good!”
Gary Rockwell - Olympic Judge Hong Kong 2008
“Has the ability to compete at the very highest level”
Kathy Connelly - US World Cup Champion
From his students:
“He is simply phenomenal. Very few people can ride and teach at an international level. He is the very best I’ve ever met.”
“There is never any doubt as to what I need to do and how I need to communicate with my horse. He has an amazing ability to ride every step with me, guiding the process and always leading me to a point where the horse clearly understands. He always gives 100 percent.”
